We are specialists in the industry supplying and installing a variety of synthetic playing surfaces; ‘Overlays’, suitable for a wide range of sports including Tennis, Netball, Hockey, Football and MUGA surfaces.

Install, Test & Maintain

Our experienced teams work throughout the UK. Sports Overlays can be fitted over suitable existing bases, such as macadam and stone, providing a cost effective solution for refurbishment and renovation. They are quick to install, highly durable and easy to maintain!

All Overlays are European manufactured and conform to established sports governing body standards. All Overlays have guarantees based on level of maintenance and use.

The Process

Sports Overlays; including surfaces for all play areas, are performance based carpets and come with an installation and performance based warranty. The carpets are certified to International Standards.

Process Overview

  • The existing hard play area is cleaned and prepared.
  • Any existing surface deviations/levels are addressed and repaired.
  • Drainage is checked and if required the surface will be drilled further to ensure adequate drainage. Existing levels are followed.
  • If required a membrane weed barrier can be put down on the existing surface as an optional extra.
  • Installation of the synthetic grass overlay is then undertaken, inlaid lines are cut and put in place.
  • The sports overlay area is then filled with a sports silica infill.
